More Selective Memory

I watched Hannity's America last night and enjoyed every minute... as usual. He had a very interesting piece on about the Dems, in their own words. Hillary, Kerry, Kennedy, et al were shown agreeing on going to war with Iraq. They were in front of cameras and microphones and raving on and on about Saddam needing to be removed from power, the sort of very real threat he was, the truth of the WMD's and how he had used them against his own people (the Kurds), chapter and verse, folks. They were all in favor of the War on Terror. Even Bill Clinton, in the Oval Office, spoke eloquently of his attack on "military targets" in Iraq, and the necessity of removing Saddam.
Then he showed the same phonies more recently. Their "Bush lied" rhetoric sounded as hollow as it is, when taken in the context of their own previous words. They knew what was going on after 9-11. They knew there were connections between bin Laden and Iraq, they said so. They knew the WMD's were real. They knew that Iraq was hiding terrorists and promoting terrorism. But in the recent photo ops, their stories have changed completely. Now they don't remember what they said a few years ago. They have rewritten history to make themselves sound like they had no idea what was happening before the war. They deny ever believing in WMD's or the terrorist connection to Iraq. They claim they were "lied to" and were innocent pawns in the Bush "war game." Bull dookey. They knew what was happening and still do. It's a political manouver to get them back into power and nothing more. They're trying to play chess with our troops.
Using the lives and safety of our people in uniform for their own political gain is a filthy trick, even for liberals. They just gave themselves away with their own words, folks.

I'm in total agreement here, but be careful...I posted a blog on my page about immigration and have been slammed for it ever since...
It doesn't pay to have beliefs in truth, justice or the American way anymore...because WE are now the minority...
The Bush Aministraion needs to be taken down a peg and stop flip flopping around whenever their feet are held to the fire...
God help us if that man gets put back into office...
As a matter of fact, God help us right now!
Grat post!
Take care,
Nick

yes I'm aware of that...however..what are the chances that someone connected with President Bush will end up in the White House?
Remember he ran against Kerry...and Kerry was Bush's cousin...does that surprize anyone? Wouldn't have mattered which one was elected into office...it would have still been kept "all in the family" at that point...
Also, President Bush came on National Television and stated in a Presidential address that he was given false or "bad" information by his own advisers on the possibility of WMD in Iraq...
This is the President of The United States...how can he possibly receive "bad" information or "unreliable" information from his advisors?
Seems a tad odd to me...
Take care,
Nick
