I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. I hope you enjoy!

The Tucson Bloodbath

January 8th 2011 22:23
Five dead and at least ten people in serious, critical or grave condition. A federal judge and a nine year old girl are among the dead. A US Rep. is among the injured. These type of tragedies happen all too often these days, folks. Some are quick to place the blame on the wrong people before finding out the facts. Let's not do that this time.

The killer has been arrested and is being questioned. He is apparently former military, 22 years old. His MySpace page has disappeared, but not before Fox news was able to get it copied. His favorite books are listed as Mein Kampf and the Communist Manifesto, so that should stop any notion that he was a Conservative, Christian or member of the TEA party. He's a deeply disturbed young man who should be punished with the full force of the law, both to prevent him from further attacks and as an example for any other would-be assassins.

My prayers are with the victims and their families.

The nutroots on the left have been jumping on this by claiming he was a teapartier or a Beck clone. They are hateful, vile people. It's all just a game to them.

This is a horrible tragedy my prayers and thoughts are with the victims and families of the slain.

Automatically every time there is a shooting, or attack of some kind the conservatives and Christians get the blamed first without proof.

It's like the liberal media are sitting around praying killings will happen so they can blame the right.

I knew they'd blame the wrong people, PopCon. Needless to say if the killer had been a Muslim we'd be hearing very little about it. It makes me sick that the left is so eager to place blame with no evidence, but maybe that's just because they really don't live in the real world.

I think that's exactly what they do, Lester. Of course, since the hard left doesn't pray to a real god and ignores the God of Creation, their prayers don't get answered.

It must gall them terribly that we don't resort to violence.

He was a far left liberal/communist.

Read this article for the proof:
Really Long Link

Libs don't want to hear that though. They are content ignoring the facts.

Now, don't be so hard on liberals. The real world scares them so they have to live in their invented Utopia. If they'd just stop trying to drag the rest of along on their pipe dreams...

He wasn't in the military; he was rejected when he tried to enlist in the Army because he failed his drug test.

That's true. When I wrote this, it was a breaking story and that was the most current information available. I'm glad you pointed it out, though. Thank you, Smoozer.

Not trying to scare them.

It's simply a fact.

His own friends and family have said:
1. He was anti-religion. (NOT Conservative at AL)

2. He was a staunch Obama supporter and supporter of Nancy Pelosi.

His problem was that he was CRAZY to boot!
It was not his liberalism that killed anyone.
(Unlike the attempted attack on the Discovery Channel Network by a Al Gore worshiper, who was also, incidentally, grossly anti-religion.)
Follow the link and you'll see the proof.

The MSM will probably develop a little touch of amnesia regarding the guys politics and concentrate on his insanity, with a few careful hints that talk radio, Fox or the TEA party is involved... as usual.

If you included a link, it must have disappeared. But thanks for the added information.

I guess if you idiots ran the state and the country, we'd be back in the 18th century....do you fools know that Arizona has laws proposed to allow college kids to bring guns to campus? I guess if you guys were in charge, that would be OK.

If someone in the immediate crowd had been armed, Anonymous, the shooter might have been stopped before the second victim fell.

Considering that his beef was with the Congresswoman after one of her votes wasn't liberal enough to please him, and he'd had a "thing" about her for 3 years, according to a form letter from her that he kept, and considering that there is exactly ZERO evidence that he was a listener of talk radio or a viewer of Fox, combined with the FACT that he had a history of mental problems and a fondness for the communist manifesto and Mein Kampf... are you out of your mind? Or maybe you "just don't get it"...?

Hi SL …

One of the bystanders who held on to the shooter was armed and elected to not shoot but rather to control when he realized the shooter was attempting reload. There are a lot of folks blaming this on the Palin, Beck and Fox News while ignoring the fact the shooter was a left wing nut case. The progressive liberals created this guy … they own him and are doing everything they can to dump him. And since more of the story has come out, MSM has not done much to retract their original insinuations. The liberals forget they created political “targets” back in 2004. But, they do have short memories when it comes to being responsible for one’s own actions. Think Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and Charles Rangel.

However, as a second amendment guy who also owns a Glock, a 33 round magazine has no place in public hands. Hopefully the manufacturers of these things will start limiting their availability to police and military markets. And anyone carrying a pistol, whether open or concealed, should be required to have a permit and a reason.

I feel for the loss of all the victims but I especially grieve for the 9 year old girl.

Regarding the anonymous comment about the 1880’s … maybe if we did still have public hangings this creep would have thought twice about the consequences of his actions. Again, it is the liberals who decry holding criminals accountable for their actions.

Correct on all counts, Rick. They're great at starting things but better at blaming others for their own foolishness. Memory lapses, perhaps? To the twisted liberal mind, nothing is ever wrong unless someone else does it (or they can blame someone else.)

I don't suppose you'd care to explain what you're talking about, anonymous? Or do you just like making really strange remarks that have no point?
