John, Harry and Nancy
October 4th 2008 13:52
I contacted John Ensign's (R-NV) office yesterday. I've always liked him and thought he was a good senator. Boy, was I wrong! At least I wasn't wrong about Harry Reid. I knew, without a doubt, that Harry would sell us out in less than a heartbeat to protect his criminal cronies. The crowning glory on this obscenity, though, was Nasty Pelosi and her victory speech.
I got to hear some of what she said, before it made me so sick I had to run for the bathroom. She was promising to open a new age of accountability and honor in politics. How she can use those words without them burning her mouth is amazing. Maybe it's because she has no idea what they mean...
The only conceivable good that I can imagine coming out of this "unnatural disaster" is that, now that their thrill of victory is ebbing, the Democrats will get cockier than usual and the voters will get a clear view of what they've done to us all. It'll be too late to save the banking industry from being nationalized, and the taxes raised, true. But it might be just in time to get rid of the criminals who got us into this mess (those who are coming up for re-election, anyway). And maybe keep one of those same criminals out of the White House!
If John McCain loses this election he'll get to spend the rest of his life, watching his country go down the toilet and know that he could have prevented it. If he had just put America first instead of pandering to the criminal element of the Democrat party, he would probably have been able to keep the other Republicans from going along. The Stock Market would have righted itself before long and everyone would have learned a valuable lesson about economics. Instead, the lesson that was learned is that a Democrat can break the law as badly and as often as he wants to, cheat people, ruin the economy while profitting personally, and expect to be rescued and praised when he raises taxes (and increases the national debt sky high) to save his own sorry butt.
Don't think this is the last time something like this will happen, folks. It worked so perfectly for them this time, they'll keep doing it until all our industries are nationalized. If we're insane enough to elect Obama, of course, our complete destruction will happen sooner.
