The TEA Party Results
July 5th 2009 11:29
How was your Independence Day? If you went to a TEA Party, I hope it was a huge success!
Mine was somewhat less than spectacular. The weather was pretty awful and only my relatives showed up. And my grand nephew's buddy. On the good side, he may have time to give me an interview before they leave later this morning. I hope he does, he seems like a nice young man, and has been to the war. His perspective should be interesting.
I haven't seen or heard much on TV about the TEA parties that were scheduled all over the country. I hope we haven't dropped the ball! If we don't do something to rein in this spastic spending spree and legal insanity that's being shoved on us by a bunch of crooked politicians, we'll get to become a third world country that only remembers what freedom used to mean. In a generation or two, even the memory will fade and the new "historians" will find ways to erase the greatness we once knew.
Come on, people! Apathy has brought us the mess we have to live with now. It won't save us. There is no magical solution that somebody else will come up with! If we don't do something to force our politicians to do their jobs right and remember who they work for, we'll become a tiny footnote in a future history book.

Or maybe the press just wanted to ignore it, and keep it out of the news on the orders of Obama, and his minions. You know we have state run press now like in China, Cuba, and other communist nations.
