Losing Parental Control

Parents used to have some rights where their kids were concerned. Those rights have been whittled away, systematically for several years. When my kids were growing up, I had to give them their vitamins at home because they weren't allowed to take them at school. Vitamins, for Heaven's sake! One student was suspended from school for "dealing drugs" when she gave her friend a Mydol tablet! If kids were on medication, the parent had to produce a note from the doctor so the school nurse could administer the medicine on schedule.
Nowadays it's really different! Teen aged girls can be counselled in favor of abortion if they're pregnant. Teachers can take the girl to an abortion clinic to kill her baby without the parents even being notified. School nurses, who can't give your kid an aspirin can help her to kill her baby! Now there's a school that has just approved handing out birth control to middle school girls! These girls range in age from 11 to 14, folks! There's no medical exam, no prescription, and the kids parents and doctor are NOT notified.
I guess it's all part of the institutional indoctrination system, folks. All forms of religion are outlawed in schools, except Islam, of course... Liberal rhetoric is taught with no facts to support it and nothing to balance it. Academic standards are pathetically low, valuing "self esteem" above knowledge. Actual morals are never discussed, while "alternative lifestyles" are praised and taught to kids in early grade school.
What sort of adults will these grow up to be? Functional illiterates who spout liberal propaganda and "feel great" about themselves. The difference between right and wrong has been systematically blurred until it's barely visible anymore.
All the great societies of old caved in under their own weight and ours is heading in that same direction. Surely some genius will say it's a good thing. That our society deserves to fall. To that person, I'd like to point something out. If you think the Socialist Utopia that is being foisted off on us is such a good thing, remember that once it's in effect, you won't have any other rights left. Just the right to remain silent....
