I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. I hope you enjoy!

Last Word on Obama (hopefully)

March 20th 2008 13:04
I'm getting really tired of hearing (and writing) about Barak Obama, folks. But I can't resist sending this NewsMax link (now that I've figured out how to do it!). Mr. Obama is such an obvious racist, hipocrite, and weasel that everyone should be able to see him clearly by now. A man of integrity might have led the charge against Don Imus. But a man of real integrity and honor would not have followed that action with protecting another public figure who said far worse over a much longer period of time. A man of integrity would have spoken against racism in all forms, as soon as he heard it. Obama began his camapign by not bringing race into the issues, now he's embracing it. If he doesn't win in the primaries, he can now blame it on race. Between his wife who was always ashamed of America (in spite of all the great things this country enabled her to do), to his "pastor" who uses his freedom of speech to bash the country where he is able to practice that freedom, Barak Obama has surrounded himself with racists. What, exactly, does that make him?

This is BIG trouble for Obama. Many folks liked that he was seemingly able to transcend race. After hearing from Wright and Obama's wife, though, we can see that he and his family are wallowing in racial politics. If my pastor had ever said the kinds of things Wright said, I would've left and never come back. It's inexcusable that Obama didn't do the same and it undercuts his argument that he has the judgment necessary to be president.

Agreed, PopCon. His garbage about not knowing what Wright was saying was a flat-out lie, too. I know what my pastor says and agree with him. That's what impels most people to join their churches. When a pastor is insane, staying with him doesn't look good at all..
