Wright is in the Wrong... as usual
April 28th 2008 17:09
Rev. Jeremiah Wright (former Marine and Navy Corpsman, now preacher to Barak Obama) has stepped in it again. Actually, Obama says Wright is no longer his pastor. Wonder why...? He answered some questions for the Press Corps this morning (I saw it on Fox). He blames everyone but himself for his hateful remarks on the pulpit. When asked if he really believed that Barak Obama hadn't heard some of the comments, he bumbled around the subject and then asked the questioner if she could recall what her pastor had said the week before. She returned the question by asking if Obama missed a lot of services or perhaps napped during the preaching.
Here's a link from NewsMax.com about what the good Reverend has to say on a variety of subjects. It makes me wonder if Obama was agreeing with him and continued to attend because he approved of the message or if he was like most liberal politicians.
John Kerry and Ted Kennedy, for example pretend to be good, church-going Catholics while defying everything the Chruch stands for. Religion is for them a good way to fool gullible voters and convince them that they are good people. It falls flat when you consider the reality of their voting records. Perhaps it's the same with Barak Obama? Maybe he just chose a black church that would make him look good to the black voters...
So I wonder which it really is. Does he believe what Rev. Wright (and Michelle Obama) say and hate America? Then try to distance himself from the Rev. when the heat gets a little too much to take? Or did he just pretend to have "core beliefs" in order to seem more real to the voters? And then find himself in a mess for those "core beliefs?"
The most liberal politicians (yes, Hillary included as well as Bill "the Zipper") all pretend to be "religious" while violating everything those religions stand for. What a disgrace they are!
