I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. I hope you enjoy!

I Could Almost Feel Sorry for Hillary

February 14th 2008 17:03
I got an email this morning from Newsmax.com and was surprised to learn that moveon.org has thrown its support behind Barak Obama. It was something of a shocker, considering that moveon.org was created as a distraction for the White House antics of Bill (the Zipper) Clinton during his eight, misbegotten, years in power.

Moveon.org was behind the "General Betray-Us" ads against Gen. David Petraeus, remember? They have been trying to make the Zipper look socially acceptable for a long time and it never worked very well. So they started trying to engage in character assassinations against those who had political views differing from those of the Clintons, hoping to make them look good by making someone else look bad. Typical liberal stunt...

Now the same org. that once supported everything the Zipper did and protected him at every turn, is supporting Hillary's opponent. Go figure, huh?

All the support Hillary started with is melting away like one of Gore's polar ice caps. Her Hollywood connections are abandoning her, women voters are leaving her for Obama, and she's having to spend her own money to stay in the race. What a cryin' shame...

If she were anyone I could like or respect, I could feel sorry for her (at least up to a point.) But it's a challenge to come up with sympathy for a screeching harridan who supports everything I'm against and is against everything I support.

I am a little curious, of course as to why anyone would choose either Hillary or Obama, since they're practically twins in all their "beliefs" and intentions. It honestly won't surprise me if they wind up sharing the Nov. ticket. I just hope they don't win... It won't be much different if McCain wins, of course. The coming election is not one to bring joy to the hearts of patriots, conservatives, or any thinking person.
