Plan Big, Plan Early

O.K., so I believe in getting things done. I signed up to host another TEA party. This one will be on July 4th. Appropriate, huh? Independence Day! But I have locals to help with organizing this one (which I didn't have last time). And I don't have to depend on a fickle female "town boss" who is now putting all sorts of silly stories around about me. I set the event for the local park. Even if she finds a way to prevent me from using the park, it won't matter. I bought all the adjacent land and we can have it in my back pasture if the park is off limits. So she can kiss my foot (as soon as I step in something nasty!!)
Anyway, folks, if you are interested i hosting a TEA party for the 4th of July, get on it now. You'll have plenty of time to set the place and the events. Get some local talent to play and sing. Arrange for a barbecue or potluck. Make your signs and streamers.
Stand up for American values and doing what's right! If you think that Nasty Pelosi is right and it's all about a bunch of activists, trying to keep "rich people" from paying "their fair share of taxes" then you haven't been paying any attention. This is about spending trillions of tax dollars on programs that don't work. It's about 9000 pork projects that may, ultimately, provide a couple of thousand part-time, temporary jobs in a few areas. The "stimulus bill" is only funding wasteful spending to please a few bureaucrats. It will do NOTHING good for the economy. EVER. Most of the pork contributors were Democrats, true, but there were some RINO's as well. None of them deserves re-election.
It's not about Democrats and Republicans, folks. It's about governmental insanity and the debts we are being stuck with. It's about shoving "emergency" measures through congress before anyone knows what they're agreeing to. It's about raising taxes on working people to pay for those who don't choose to get off their backsides and support themselves. It's about bailing out companies that have been ruined by union greed. It's about "saving" companies that made no effort to save themselves when they had a chance. It's about allowing anyone to be "too big to fail" as they suck the rest of us dry. It's about reckless government spending when the markets would have righted themselves, given a little time. It's about returning to the Constitution and living within our means, as we were intended to.
If you have a problem with any of these things, may I suggest that you relocate to one of the Utopias, such as Cuba, North Korea or Venezuela? Going without the necessities of life, having no religion (other than the almighty state) and being squashed under a bureaucratic thumb are the laws of the land there. Maybe you'd be happier...
On July 4th, we're having a whopping big party and preparing for the 2010 elections by finding people who are willing to stand up for America and doing what's best for the country. What are you doing that day?
