Who Said Words Have Meaning?
February 8th 2009 15:45
Rush Limbaugh has said repeatedly that "words have meaning." During the election, B.O. (B.S.) quoted him (probably without realizing it). I know that Rush is correct, and apparently it was one of those rare lapses when B.O. (B.S.) was caught speaking the truth.
Since the inauguration, the new prez. has proved that words have meaning by giving us glaring examples of it. He gave his first "interview" to an Arab TV station (that was a case of both words and actions having meaning). He apologized to Muslims (more telling words). He changed the meaning of "stimulus" to "spending." He proved that he doesn't like the words of those who disagree with him by telling Republicans not to listen to Rush. He plans to silence those words of disagreement with his "censorship doctrine." "Life" is a pretty simple word, but he pretends that he can't define it.
He wants to change the term "War on Terror" to something else (sort of like PETA calling fish "Sea Kittens"). His "belief" in the Golden Rule only applies to selected groups of people. He uses the words "faith" and "Christianity" then slips and calls himself a Muslim.
Oh yes, words do have meaning! And his words are both meaningful and disturbing...
