No, I'm not waxing Irish here. But their politics are so similar, their names should be as well, right? Obama was so soft and squishy when Iran has been concerned, it shouldn't be much of a surprise that Obiden is, too, should it?

Hmmm, since Joe Biden's got this kind of a "trail" to Teheran, and Obama was willing to overlook it, the next goofiest thing we can expect is for John McCain to pick Grover Norquist as his running mate.

This IS news to me. Great post. (Not the Norquist part, though. I wouldn't allow Norquist to be a traffic crossing guard nor would I ever recommend granting Norquist a HazMat Lic. No way on this side of Hell's Gates or the Kyber Pass! Read Frank Gaffney's writings about Norquist.)

But the Biden/Teheran connection is a biggie. Great job in bringing this up, S.L.!

Thankfully McCain's far from demonstrating that kind of boneheadedness when it comes out to vetting out VEEP possibilities. But picking Romney or Giuliani would surely make me wonder if it's not too late to check Straight Talker for working brain waves.

Don't we have enough to fret about?

What's this little state catfight called "Troopergate" compared to Biden's very eclectic choice of buddies overseas?

Do the Democrats really want to take this woman on?

By all means: Biden will learn soon enough why she's not nickamed "Sara Barracuda" without good reason.
