I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. I hope you enjoy!

Sunday View of Wednesday, Nov. 5th

October 12th 2008 13:44
I've been hearing a lot about race lately, especially as it concerns the campaign. It's no secret that more than 90% of the black population plans to vote for Obama, no matter what new scandals come out between now and then. It's also no secret that 100% of the super-libs will give him their votes. Nor is it a secret that ACORN will get away with registering dead people, pets and people who don't even exist, to vote for him. There will be many folks who are so busy wanting to be politically correct that they'll vote for him just to prove that they aren't prejudiced. Add to that the constant hammering from the media about how high his poll numbers are, and he has every reason to expect a big win.

So what if my nightmares don't come true and we wake up on Nov. 5th to President John McCain, instead? Did you think that Al Gore and John Kerry threw tantrums when George Bush won? You ain't seen nothin' yet!!

The media will be in a frenzy, accusing the Republicans of every crime they can think of from racism to voter fraud, desperately trying to understand how their "Messiah" could have lost. Recount after recount will be demanded. The UN will be asked to investigate charges of racism in the USA. There will be protests, riots, all hell will break loose in the inner cities. It will be compared to the Watts riots on TV! Michael (Moby) Moore will announce that he's making another "documentary" about racism in America (with the American people the villains, of course. And Obama the hero). Jesse Jackson, Minister Farakhan and Al Sharpton will be all over the airwaves yelling their heads off. Barack Hussein Obama will go on national TV, asking his supporters not to continue the violence (wink, wink). The Democrat led Congress will demand to know how it could have happened and vow to stop anything that McCain wants to do. His presidency will begin with a string of investigations that keep him busy and distract him from doing his job. Sarah Palin will be savaged by the media and her first grandchild will be born into a political whirlwind, bigger than Katerina. International organizations (the liberal ones) will spew their hatred of America and fan the flames. Muslims will complain that Obama lost because he was considered one of them. Michelle Obama will make speeches about how her pride in her country was temporary and how "mean" we really are. The ACLU will launch lawsuits against McCain, Palin, the Republican Party and every state that Obama didn't carry. And that's just the first week after the election, folks.

If (God forbid) Obama does win and John Sidney McCain loses, here's what you can expect. The Republicans will be disappointed and disgusted. McCain will graciously congratulate the winner. And our country will be doomed.

Think about it, folks. And have a very nice Sunday.

S.L. why did you just ruin may day, what a awful picture you left in my mind ( LOL ). We must pray hard for John and Sarah to win, so we don't lose our country to radicalism.

That's right, Lester! (Sorry I messed up your day! Mine isn't great either, when I think about the elections!) But the destruction from the riots, etc. will be nothing comapred to the destruction of an Obama presidency.

hi S.L,
what do you think of the potential threats to Obamas life if he was to win?
some very racist people have been coming out of the woodwork at rallys and on the internet calling him an Arab and a N*gger and threatening violence if he succeeds
do you think an assassination attempt would be likely?

Thank you, Cathy!

Morgan, I always figured his life would be in more jeopardy if Hillary was his Vice President! LOL If anyone is threatening Obama, I would think it's one of three things. First, someone on his side is trying to make him look threatened for sympathy purposes and to make the opposition look bad. Second, someone was either drunk, stoned, stupid or all the above (and will be promptly arrested). Third, if someone does mean him harm, seriously, they wouldn't be advertising it on the internet (since threatening a politician is a federal offense, unless the target is a Republican) but his security will be very, very tight.

I think what Morgan may be referring to are the threats being made at McCain/Palin rallies and townhall meetings, not necessarily on the internet.

I do not understand the defensiveness, I guess. How on Earth can someone defend the cries from a crowd of "Kill him!!" and "Off with his head!" I understand that you aren't defending these things, S.L. But, can someone explain to me why the McCain campaign or the RNC or SOMEONE in charge doesn't more directly attempt to squash this kind of garbage?

Instead, McCain spokespeople blame Obama and his supporters! As though Obama really yearns for an angry lynch mob to come after him. Regardless of how anyone feels about Obama and his campaign, the CHRISTIAN right should be outraged that these things are happening.

Also, I strongly take offense to the following statement:

Barack Hussein Obama will go on national TV, asking his supporters not to continue the violence (wink, wink).

How is it that you can imply that Obama would want his supporters to be violent? Seems so ridiculous that the right is whipped up in a frenzy over the wrath of Obama, when all of the violent threats are coming from their side!

Barack Obama, Natalie 2, has given lip-service to civility while his minions are anything but civil. He has said he doesn't approve of the "politics of personal destruction" while sitting silently by as Sarah Palin and her entire family are being raked over the coals by his supporters. He gets cranky when anyone mentions his ears, his loud-mouthed wife, his children, his criminal associates, his terrorist associates, things he has said in the past, his voting record, and his lack of substantive experience. He has yet to answer for many, many things. On the other hand he expects everyone to be mezmerized by his empty rhetoric of "change and hope" without question. Neither he nor Biden, nor McCain, not Sarah Palin has advocated violence, and I am certainly not. That being said, Obama is not a nice, honorable or decent person, as evidenced by his record, his friends, his associates and his own words. He should be held accountable for his own actions. Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. said more than once that every person should be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. Obama has no character (to speak of) and is counting on his skin color to get him elected. The latest attempt to make it happen is the rumor that if he doesn't win it will be because of racism. WRONG! If he doesn't win it will be because the American people can see through his charade, his compelling rhetoric, and find him to be the empty suit that he is.

I just completely disagree with your assessment, S.L. (I'm sure you are shocked! LOL) First of all, I don't know where you get the stuff that he is sensitive to comments about his appearance. He himself pokes fun of his ears and his bean pole status all the time! You should check out the video I posted of him on Conan O'Brien. He's a riot!

Anyway, Barack Obama has done a wealth of things in his life to completely negate statements that he is not honorable or decent. I just don't get that. He spent his whole early career helping those in need, and he has shown on countless occasions that he is a decent and respectable person.

If Obama doesn't win, I do not feel that it will be because of racism. I think that it will be because of ignorance. I think that it will be because of fear. And, I think it will be because his opponent filled the heads of Americans with so many lies that they began to doubt themselves. Can John McCain and Sarah Palin win? Maybe, but it will be because they were the dishonorable ones. It will be because they got nasty. Their own closets are so full of skeletons there isn't any more room for their suits! But, while McCain throws the kitchen sink, Obama holds back on many of the things he could be saying. Interesting.

his terrorist associates

wasnt that just a rumour that Palin started?
wasnt Obama 8 years old when Bill Ayers committed his anti-war protesting crimes?
they were both members of a board that distributed educational grants because Ayers became a Professor at the University of Chicago later in life - the context of their "association" was limited to being members of the same charity

I keep insisting that people start paying attention before it's too late. Obviously, Natalie2, you haven't been listening to me. Obama and his "people" have admitted that he's on friendly terms with Bill Ayres and his wife. They have worked together on boards and the first fund raiser for Obma was held that the Ayres residence. Ayres is proud of the bombings he committed and wishes he had killed more people (his words, in public). Could you tell me one GOOD thing Obama has ever done? He worked for ACORN in arranging voter fraud and intimidation. He voted in favor of infanticide. He spent 20 years in Rev. Wrights church agreeing with his America bashing sermons (if he didn't agree, why didn't he leave the congregation?) He brags about his mentor "Uncle Frank" a well known communist. He admits to having been a drug user (in his books). He lists as one of his heroes a man who dedicated his books to Satan! He intends to raise taxes out of reach, and says it himself. He got his opponents eliminated so he could win the Illinois Senate seat. He rarely votes for anything except extreme liberal things and wants to return to the failed policies of Jimmy Carter. He got money from the institutions that caused the current financial crisis and lied to protect them. He is listed as the most liberal man in the Senate. I don't see anything GOOD there, Natalie2, do you?

And Morgan, if Sarah Palin started the rumor, why was it common knowledge and being discussed long before she was McCain's VP candidate? Why did Obama's own people admit that they were friends? It's all documented. Even Joe Biden commented on it during the early days of the election process.

do you actually think hes a terrorist or a terrorist sympathiser?

Comment by S.L.

October 13th 2008 17:20
Morgan, he is connected to Bill Ayres (a proud and unrepentant American terrorist). He considers a communist and a devil worshipper to be his heroes. He has the support of several terrorist organizations. Minister Louis Farakhan of the Nation of Islam calls Obama the Messiah. He wants to have unconditional talks with terrorist supporting countries. He wants to pull our troops out of Iraq and allow the terrorists to take over. These are all things he has said, either in speeches or in his books.

He's certainly quacking like a terrorist, has terrorist webbed feet, terrorist feathers... do you think he's just an innocent duck?

S.L. a politician is not responsible for who his supporters are, even members of the KKK and people like Fred Phelps have to vote for someone - you can only really judge a man on what he says and does and i have seen nothing from Obama suggesting he condones any form of terrorism

if troops removed from Iraq do you think terrorist would take over the USA? or do you mean terrorists would take over Iraq?

do you think there is some terrorist plot to insert one of their own into the presidency?

Morgan, in American politics, you have to be very careful. When a "radical" preacher voiced his support of McCain, the democrats demanded that McCain denounce him. And he obediently did. But no democrat has to denounce any nut case that supports him.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that if Iraq is left unprotected, Iran will invade immediately. Ahmadinejad said so.

Of course the terrorists want their own man in the White House! Silly question! Obama has shown more sympathy to the terrorists than he has to Israel. The terrorists have shown great interest in him, and not because he's a great American, Morgan. Minister Farakhan and Rev. Wright are two of the most anti-American critters around (next to certain members of Congress). They expect him to continue tearing down his country if we're dumb enough to elect him. Obama has yet to put his country first... over anything... even once... Would you want to vote for someone who hated Australia and never failed to prove it?
