Rumor Mongering Abounds

I just heard a nasty rumor that Sarah Palin had an affair. Oh goodness, how very scandalous! How drastic! How terrible!! Of course this rumor comes from the same people who thought it was funny that Bill (the Zipper) slept with everything available and that John Edwards love child was not worth the publicity, and that Jesse Jacksons illigetimate child wasn't fit to discuss. Sources filled with honor, decency and integrity, to be sure.
I sincerely doubt that Mrs. Palin cheated on her husband. However, you'd think that just the suggestion of it would make her the latest Democrat hero, wouldn't you? Sort of the way they love and support gays, until they get ticked off at a Republican and start accusing him of being gay.
Reminder to the media dingbats, rumor mongering is a double edged sword. You aren't doing yourselves any favors with the voters!
