Aiming at the Bench

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will probably be retiring from the bench soon. So, lucky us, B.O. (B.S.) will get to select the most obnoxiously liberal female he can find to fill the spot. (I thought Hillary already had a job...)

She'll have to pass litmus tests to be sure she's devoted to abortion, gun control and as big a government bureaucracy as she can imagine. Funny how Democrats whine about litmus tests when a Republican president nominates judges, isn't it? It would serve the liberals right if the next justice became a born again Christian as soon as the confirmation was completed. And if the next day she actually read the Constitution!

Angry Electorate
Apart from the inevitable upcoming amnesty bill, the issues of judges is the one that bothers me the most. I'm hoping at least one of the oldest liberal justices outlives the Obama presidency and we can get a conservative back in to flip the court.

From your mouth to God's ear, PopCon. But whoever is likely to retire during the next four years will probably be a "good" Democrat and allow B.O. (B.S.) to replace him with someone as warped and twisted (only younger) and keep the high court tilted to the extreme left. Let's hope and pray for good health for the Conservative Justices, at least.
