Escape to Iran

I've been hearing on the news about Muqtada alSadir leaving his "home in Iraq" for the home of his relatives in Iran. Strange, huh? We keep hearing how Iran has no part in the War on Terror and how Bush is planning to attack that nice, interesting gentleman, Ahmadinejad. We have traced weapons from Iran that are being used against our troops in Iraq, we have captured Iranians who were involved in the terrorist activities (that NBC and other morons call a "civil war.") I always thought a "civil war" concerned factions in the same country fighting over differing ideologies. Apparently, I was wrong. "Civil wars" can be fought by people in different countries and escalated for religious and political reasons. The left keeps telling us how Iraq wasn't involved in terrorist activities, but when the evidence appears they don't have much to say, do they? Could it be because they don't understand that Osama bin Laden getting medical treatment in Baghdad meant he was connected with Saddam's regime? The same people tell us that Iran is innocent of wrong-doing and we should let them have their "peaceful" nukes. Are those the same "peaceful nukes" that Ahmadinejad plans to use to "eradicate Israel" as he has threatened? Now that one of the baddest of the baddest has gone to Iran to escape the influx of new troops, does anyone see a connection? If you don't, you might want to see an optometrist. Immediately!
