I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. I hope you enjoy!

One Missing Man Found

May 24th 2007 13:35
One of three missing American servicemen was found yesterday in the Euphrates. He had been shot twice before being dumped in the water. Those kind, gentle, peaceful, loving Muslim extremists have once again proven their value to the human race. Now we'll probably get to hear from the likes of Jihad Jane Fonda and Rosie O'Bigmouth about how we caused his death. Newsflash for the morons!! We don't kill their prisoners! We give them special diets, medical care, even allow them to practice their sick religion. Maybe we should take a page or two from their book, though. How about an all out effort to convert the terrorists when we catch them? How about if they eat the same food our troops get and get Bibles instead of Korans? Boy, would we get in trouble, huh? But where is the outrage when one of our servicemen is found murdered and two are still missing? We have plenty of delicate little panty-waists who whine like crazy and want Gitmo closed down because of the way we treat prisoners. Does anyone heard them saying anything now?

I have an idea, folks. How about if we notify the terrorists that either our other two men are returned alive immediately or we'll retaliate? Maybe a firing squad for some of their folks? It's pretty easy to kill a prisoner, after all. The cowardly bastards are really brave when it comes to executing prisoners or blowing up innocent civilians, aren't they? Maybe "fighting fire with fire" is the only thing they understand.

The other two missing men are in the prayers of many nations, as is the family of the one who was found dead. It's a little hard to feel very confident though, isn't it?

You're right S L. We are held to a much higher standard than these criminals. We shouldn't lower ourselves to their level, but maybe if we did, they'd start to think twice. It's hard to fight a war where you have to obey rules and the enemy doesn't have any. One month of fighting the same dirty way they do would probably do the trick. I get sick whenever I read how far over we're bending backwards to make sure they're taken care of when they raise their kids from pre-school to become bomb-murderers. They couldn't stomach the 'as ye sow, so shall ye reap' concept.

"It's extremely sad, war, hatred, killing!" Life without it all would be a dream.

Dream on, Wade. They have made it clear they plan to kill us. Islamic terrorists are the great danger of our time. Some wars are necessary and some are not. This one is.

SL,

we need to be just as harsh against political prisoners of war as they are to our service men and women..

This kinder, gentler approach is not going to teach the terrorists a damned thing...

Thats' My opinion...

Great post!

Take care,

Nick

You're right, Nick. Obeying the rules and making nice to their people has accomplished nothing but to make us look weak. When captured, their guys are taught to start complaining immediately and lie their heads off to make us look bad. On the other hand they don't give a damn what anyone thinks about their treatment of our people. Maybe we should at least take a page from Joe Arpiao and make 'em wear pink!!
