I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. I hope you enjoy!

Hot Air and Fluff

February 20th 2008 19:40
Have you been listening to the "charismatic" ravings of Barak Obama? Have you been paying attention to the strident squealings of Billary? Have you seen any differences between the two? Granted, there are a few (too minor to be interesting) but a few nonetheless.

Billary voted for the War on Terror (that was made possible by her husband's lack of interest in terrorism) before she voted against it. Barak never liked the war and seems to think the terrorists are just nice people who don't like us. Billary appears to care about the troops by using all the outward emblems (like wearing a flag pin and visiting the troops) while Barak disdains both the troops and the pins that show his patriotism (or, more accurately, his total lack of it.). They both want comprehensive health care (paid for by everyone else) for people who don't need it and illegals. They both consider illegal aliens just "undocumented Americans."

Now Obama is winning big with his empty rhetoric of "change and hope." What exactly does he mean? Change from what? From defending ourselves against terrorists? Hope of what? Hope that he doesn't sell us out too cheaply to the same terrorists he refuses to fight?

Hillary, meanwhile is loosing her ... uh... posterior while claiming to have "vast experience" and "ability" to run the country. What experience? Lying? Being a fraud? Being a phony? Well, she does have considerable experience at those things. But experience in governing? She can't even control that horn-dog she's married to. What makes her think she's able to control anyone else? Her impressive record? What votes has she cast and what bills has she sponsored that make her look like anything but a pandering buffoon?

Hillary and Obama are two of a kind. They support everything wrong with America and fight against (in theory and rhetoric at least) everything that's good about it.

John McCain, aside from his history in Viet Nam, has been a social butterfly and panderer
extraordinaire to every liberal cause he could find. Giving up whatever conservative standards he once held to accommodate liberals.

If you like aimless hot air and fluff instead of substance, then the coming election was made for you.

Unfortunately, your pandering to the "it's all the same" line is the defacto slogan for the Bloomberg for Dictator campaign, whether you know it or not.

I'm not pandering, Howard. I just can't see a dime's worth of difference between the candidates. If there is a difference, please tell me what it is! Billary and Obama are ultra left wing, and McCain is a R.I.N.O. who has repeatedly sold out to left wing concerns.

As far as I can tell the so-called "true conservative issues" are all fake issues." The only real issue is can we reorganize the bankrupt financial system and issue national credit for new infrastructure. If Hillary were President, it could happen. In some conditions, Obama and even McCain could do it. If Bloomberg is President or VP, that means a clear commitment to global fascism.

Howard, true Conservatism is very real. Pro-life, pro-democracy, following the Constitution as it was written, with all the rights initially given. True Conservatism believes in a Higher Power as did the Founding Fathers. It knows the difference between right and wrong and stands by what's right. It believes in limited government, low taxes, and individual freedom. True Conservatism believes that every person should have the OPPORTUNITY to succeed and advance. Not the government-given freebies that make people lazy, selfish and expensive to the working part of society. True Conservatives don't gripe endlessly about the position they find themselves in, but find workable solutions to problems that don't require huge tax increases or federal over-regulations. They are willing to fight and die for freedom and the right to live under reasonable laws of a reasonable society. True Conservatives want everyone to have a chance at the "American Dream" as long as they come here legally and abide by our laws. They don't go "hog wild" over every new scheme that pops up (like Globull whatever) but are interested in science and want to take good care of the world that they live in. They expect the right to attend whatever church they prefer (or none at all) without the government stepping in and pushing one forward (as they are doing these days with Islam) or trying to shove another religion out of the picture (like Christianity). True Conservatives want to raise their children as they see fit because it doesn't "take a village", it takes a family to raise kids right. True Conservatives, Howard, expect people to be responsible for their own actions. For example, they don't expect people to take on more debt than they can afford (it isn't that hard to live within your means), they expect every person to stand up and deal with their own problems (without the interference of social workers, the IRS, or the DoE).

True Conservatives are very real, my friend. And I am one of them.

You have been sold a platform by people like Rush, with a lot of good points mixed in with bad. The key thing that Rush's sponsors are selling is, "you must bail out our global speculative bubble, no matter what." Much of this glorification of "free enterprise" means in common English, "you must bail us out. Bankers and oligarchs have feelings too." These people and their system are bankrupt. They deserve a bankruptcy reorganization just like Enron did. That does not mean nationalizing banks, as it didn't in 1933. Although, you may have seen on my blog the story of the Brit's nationalization of Northern Rock, on the theme of "you must bail us out."

Hitler was backed by bankers on the theme of "you must bail us out" with bayonets. See my song, You Must Bail Us Out. Clear?
