The New Liberal Feminist Agenda Stinks!

September 3rd 2008 19:50
I'm getting really tired of the "make-believe" feminists who are against Sarah Palin. Those phony hypocrites make me want to barf!! Sarah Palin should be the idol of all feminists, not the target of their sour grapes mentality.

Barack Obama proudly admits to being a drug user in his younger days, but Mrs. Palin's husband is being ostracized for one DUI when he was 20 years old. The "pro-choice" crowd of warthogs (as in N.O.W.) hate Mrs. Palin because she didn't kill her youngest child. They hate her because her daughter (17 years old) is pregnant and plans to marry the baby's father, instead of killing the baby. They are going after her because she is what they all aspire to be, but aren't. She is a career woman who has five kids, who can handle running a whole state. Her beauty pageant, hunting, college degree, and sports make them all seem like the pathetic little whining weasels they really are.

This is a woman who knows what she believes and stands for as an American, a conservative and a woman. The liberal dipso's can't handle that. She isn't a pro-abortion liberal weenie and they can't deal with it. Women are supposed to be ultra-libs who consider abortion a sacrament, who whine endlessly about the non-existant "glass ceiling" and want more entitlement programs. It's sort of like the liberals view black people. If you're not liberal enough to please them, you must not be really black.

What a disgusting bunch of phonies they are. When a black person or a woman succeeds without governmental assistance or being liberal, they diss them to the limit. Those people make me sick!

Possibly the best post you have ever made. The Fem/Libs cringe at the thought that some young women or girls may start to look up to Palin.

Never mind the liberals! What about what the conservatives are saying about Palin?

This is a transcript of a conversation between Republican Mike Murphy, conservative columnist Peggy Noonan and MSNBC's Chuck Todd, when they were on a commercial break and they thought the mikes were off:

Murphy: Um, you know, because I come out of the blue-swing-state-governor world. Engler, Whitman, Tommy Thompson, Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, I mean, and these guys -- this is all like how you win a Texas race, you know, just run it up, and it's not gonna work.

Noonan: It's over.

Murphy: Still, McCain can give a version of the Lieberman speech and do himself some good.

Todd: Don't you think the Palin pick was insulting to Kay Bailey Hutchison and to Olympia Snowe?

Noonan: I saw Kay this morning...

Todd: Yeah, she's never looked comfortable about ...

Murphy: They're all bummed out.

Todd: I mean, is she really the most qualified woman they could have turned to?

Noonan: The most qualified? No. I think they went for this, excuse me, political bullshit about "narratives" and youthfulness and the picture...

Todd: Yeah, but what's the narrative?

Murphy: I totally agree.

Noonan: ... Every time Republicans do that, because that's not where they live and it's not what they're good at, they blow it.

Murphy: You know what's really the worst thing about it? The greatest of McCain is "no cynicism," and it's cyncial.

Todd: This is cynical. And as you called it, gimmicky.

Hmmmm. Interesting huh?
The video is on youtube.

No VP pick would have pleased everyone, Ruby.

Hey S.L. Great post. I watched Sarah Palin's speech last night. She was wonderful, and I loved it.

This is a strong woman with the right ideas, and values we can believe in, that's why the liberals hate so much. And that is why the press have tried to bring her down in the mud.

The liberal bloggers are shaking in their underwear, I even saw a post by Mr Nasty Guy with a doctor picture of Gov. Palin, stuff like that is uncalled for, and is in the lowest form of humanity.

They don't like her stand on abortion, on guns, and other important issues. They don't like her because she did not get there by affirmative action, of which the Dems worship.

They even used affirmative action to elect their nominee, Barack Hussein Obama. He is not qualified to be president, but because of affirmative action he has been promoted to the top of their ticket, of which Hillary Clinton should have been nominated.

I know that will not set well the the liberals, but I don't care, and neither should the rest of America it's time to be politically incorrect for a change.

I have one thing to say to Joe Biden, bend over and kiss your butt good bye, Sarah is coming for you.

LOL Lester! I can't wait for the Milktoast Biden/ Sarah Barracuda debates. She'll chew him up and spit him out at every turn! He's a big part of the problem and she's a big part of the solution!

So if some repubs don't like her it's that no pick would please everyone, but if some liberal fems don't like her it's because we're all phony fems? I guess I'm supposed to ignore politics and love her because she has a vagina? Umm, isn't that actually more anti-feminist? You know, that crazy thing about picking a person not based on gender.

Sure, it's awesome that a mother of a young child got to her place. But anti-choice, pro-creationism, pro-drilling. Vagina or no I can't get behind that.

Anonymous, you probably would have been pleased with Hillary, wouldn't you? She has the same anatomical features but she likes the killing of babies. Mrs. Palin is PRO-LIFE, not anti-choice. If you don't like creationism, fine... but remember that Darwinism has never been proved. And what would you like to do for energy? Drive your car on wind power? I can see why you can't get behind using your name, I'd be embarrassed to have those points of view, too.

Palin is so disappointing to women like me because, having reaped the benefits of feminism (and its "liberal agenda"), she works to eliminate them for others. She speaks of "choosing life," and making a private decision with her family based on her spiritual beliefs, but she cannot respect others' privacy, or others' spiritual beliefs; she seeks to limit the freedom that she herself enjoyed. She has a successful white-collar career and family, an accomplishment unheard of before the advent of feminism, but rather than thanking groups like N.O.W. or the feminist writers who changed public perception of career moms, she distances herself from them as if they're "un-American." And how dare the GOP presume to sway Hillary voters just because Palin, too, is female? THAT isn't the point of feminism; look PAST the skirts and evaluate people for their ideas, not just their gender. Palin's got bad ideas (or none!), so she doesn't have my vote.

I pity you, MB for your narrow and vacant position. If you think real feminism is simply about the "right" to murder your children, you know nothing about real feminism. Sarah Palin has accomplpished what you never will and all without National Organization of Warthogs to support her. She can be a successful woman from every angle, as well as a Christian. You'd be amazed by how many women succeed without murdering their children. The feminist debt they owe goes to the original feminists, who were, by the way, pro life.

You're pretty degrading, S.L, calling women "warthogs". How terrible. I visited this site because I am so open-minded and so far from narrow, that I wanted to see how other people thought. When I saw how sadly distorted some people's views were, I added my own to provide another perspective. I'm for candidates who support healthcare to keep children's bodies alive and healthy, and school to support their minds. You care more about embryos that living children. You probably vote for those advocating the death penalty, who send your sons and daughters to the killing fields of war, who do not support free health care; yet you call yourself "pro-life". You hypocrite.

And seriously, let's not get into a contest about my success. You haven't the faintest clue about success, I'm sure.

I have no idea what you would consider success, MB. I do know that you aren't the governor of a huge state and that you aren't running for vice preisdent. Unless Sarah Palin has changed her name and taken leave of her senses.

And yes, I do favor the death penalty for cold blooded killers (proven, not suspected). I have a grand daughter and two nephews in the military, so be careful what you say. I'm not the hypocrite here MB. If you think totally innocent children are acceptable victims in the battle for selfishness, you're one sick puppy.

Lots of Pro Choice women only support the pro abortion choice. Palin has been attacked for not supporting Abortion. Who took the choice out of pro choice?

Comment by S.L.

Good question, Randy. They rail about being "pro-choice" as long as the choice is in favor of abortion. They don't generally support "choice" in schools. It's just an annoying, tired catch phrase that they're wearing out.

I wish your relatives a safe journey home, S.L., and I mean no disrespect--I have several friends in the military, and this is why I dislike jeopardizing their lives. Joe Biden, like Palin, also has a son in Iraq, but he at least is working to end the conflict.
Given my concerns about health care and life-saving medical research, as well as eliminating the death penalty and assuring international alliances to help relieve our troops' burdens in ill-conceived wars, I'd say I'm as right-to-life as anyone running on a Republican ticket. Please consider that there is more than one "life" issue in this (and every) campaign, and that born children matter too. It seems wrong that Gov. Palin thinks that, to be morally superior, one must disagree with so many other pro-living measures.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to get back to work on my "successful" career. Best wishes.

Too bad your "successful" career prohibits the use of your real name, MB. LOL

Concerning Sarah Palin, one of her biggest concerns is special needs children and their families. I'd say that qualifies her as being very pro-life towards children after they're born as well as before. She also has a son in Iraq. John McCain has two sons who either are now or have been in the war. One of my nephews has been to Iraq two or three times and will be going back. The troops that I know don't consider the war "ill conceived." They want to see victory, not surrender.

And don't judge the death penalty so lightly, MB. If someone murdered one of your children would you want to take the chance that they'd be paroled to do it again to someone else's child? If they're dead, they can't kill again.
