Chips

Anyone ever read the Book of Revelations? Maybe you should... It's being said that the new "chip" system will save lives, make buying easier and prevent kidnapping. That's on the one side. On the other side it's being said that the chips are the infamous "mark of the beast" that we were warned about.

It's sort of funny (in a twisted way) how the same people who railed against President Bush wanting to monitor calls between terrorists don't seem to have a problem with implants that completely invade the privacy of everyone who has one. For those of you who like to call yourselves "pro-choice"... are you willing to choose to be implanted? I'm not.

I am definitely pro not having a chip put in me..... My brother warned me about this a few years back, its crazy...apparently veri-chip is a listed coy on the US exchange so we can all get rich from it

that is the devil talking..... (only kidding I run an ethical fund, we don't invest in companies that violate human rights or damage society)

Good for you, Louie! As I understand it, babies born in many hospitals are given chips without parental notification. Adults (and older kids) who wind up in hospitals can be given chips without their knowledge as well. And some folks wonder why I don't trust doctors... Ha!

Hey S.L. I have heard some about chips, but had no Idea they were doing it without permission on babies and patients. I have read Revelations this day and time looks more like it everyday, especially this last election.

I am very uneasy about RFID chips. I think they present a can of worms that would be terrifying if opened on the scale that the manufacturers and some members of the government would like to see.

I read Katherine Albrecht's book, "Spychips" and it terrified me! Whether it is viewed from a religious standpoint or just plain old civil liberties, we should all be adamantly against these things! This is certainly a topic where I think most people can unite if they know the facts.

The sad part is, Natalie 2, that most people only heard the pretty words B.O. was reading. They have no idea what he really said. He's in favor of the chips and will try to force it into a reality. Hillary would have, too. Maybe even McCain would have gone for it. It's a really BAD idea. But now we're stuck with B.O. and all the bad things he plans for us.
