I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. Who Wants to be a President?

December 4th 2007 20:23
I had to share with you the best laugh I've had in a few days. The big news that Hillary seems to have on Barak Obama is that in 3rd grade he wrote an essay about wanting to become president! Whoa!! We better all panic now, hadn't we, folks? Barak Obama wanted to be president when he was in grade school. Great big news flash there, huh? According to Bill (the Zipper) Clinton, he wanted to be a cowboy at that age. Of course that was before he met Hillary and she told him he would have to be president.

So Barak said he wanted to be president and years later said he'd never considered it. Big frogging deal! Libs/dems can't usually remember on Friday what they stood for on Monday. Hillary certainly can't! With one exception, of course... she has always wanted to "rule the world." That was clear and evident during her college years, her law school years, her selection of a husband, her time as "first lady" and her photo-ops in the Senate.

Bill (the Zipper) should have kept to his first wish and become a cowboy. There might be a lot of nervous cows, but he wouldn't have been "doing" them in the Oval Office!

I'm sure Barak remembers his third grade essay too...honestly! Now I like Hillary (and can't believe she's put up with Bill all these years!) but that's a bit much. I don't think that sort of childhood dream should be held against Barak Obama. He's on his way to making it come true after all!

Bill wanted to be a cowboy did he, he really missed his calling! I can see it now, the clothes, the horses, the secretary's...oh right, he wouldn't need a secretary as a cowboy. Now that wouldn't work though, would it! Perhaps there would be cowgirls?

Cow girls or maybe just cows, Justicia! I heard ole Bill say it in an interview, yesterday. I think his second choice was either astronaut or firefighter. Either way, he'd have found the willing fillies, wouldn't he? I can't help but wonder what sort of president Barak Obama dreampt of being? A statesman or one who just wanted the office to "get chicks?" Probably the former, his wife would kill him if he strayed... lol
