I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. The Obama/Odinga Connection: Can it Happen Here?

October 30th 2008 02:38
Here's a cheery thought for you, folks. Look what happened when Obama went to bat for Odinga. And look how it turned out. Sounds like ooodles of fun, huh? Is this what he has in mind for us if he loses the election? Wouldn't surprise me a bit!

Hey S.L. the riots, and violence that will follow will not be as damaging as him actually being president. That's a disaster we cannot afford.

That's a fact, Lester! I can't help wondering, though, if it isn't in the back of his mind to engineer a battle of the races (should he lose) in the hopes of McCain giving in and letting him win, like happened for Odinga.

After all McCain has sacrificed for America before and might abdicate for "the good of the contry." At least in B.O.'s pipe dreams...

John McCain knows that an B.O. administration will be worse than any terror attack for America. I don't think he would hand over the country he has fought for, suffer so selfishly for, and loves so deeply to a man that would destroy it.

I know that, too, Lester. But in B.O.'s fantastic vision of himself and his brilliance, he could actually believe that he could win that way. He hasn't drawn the line on anything else, why would a race war bother him if it kept him in the headlines? Personally, I think he's a certifiable megalomaniac who believes that he is the Messiah and can do no wrong.

Folks,

you guys need to all get together and have a party. What a love fest!!!

What you misguided souls forget is that the so-called President, Kibaki of Kenya stole the election. So, Odinga only wanted what is right. This is exactly what happened in 2000 in America. Remember that election? You guys don't want to accept it, because you have your version of history..and the rest of the world understands what is exactly going on....Gore was the statesman...and Odigna actually stepped up to do the right thing...but the underlying problems have yet to be solved.

Mob mentality does not necessarily mean looting..it can also mean legions of lawyers and disfranchising voters. So, don't try and rewrite history. We're headed for the abyss folks..and Obama can at least begin to drive us away from the abyss. So, if the guy wins, give 'em a chance. It can't get worst than this. Your hero Bush Junior drove this country to the ground. And, By the way, the so-called lefties don't like Obama either. So, let's call a spade a spade.

Anonymous you seem to have forgotten that it was Barney Frank sleeping with a Fannie Mae Executive while on the Banking committee. You have forgotten about ACORN and their pressure on banks to lend money to people that couldn't repay.

You have forgotten about the dems blocking regulation efforts of Elizabeth Dole and other Senators. You have forgotten about John McCain warning us about trouble coming from Fannie and Freddie, and you have even forgotten that in 2001 President Bush warned of problems.

Yes Anonymous you have forgotten a lot. You are right Anonymous lefties don't like Obama they LOVE him.

Lester's right, Anonymous, and you're the one who's trying to rewrite history. Not only did Pres. Bush not steal the election, he isn't a Junior. Al Gore is a Junior. It wasn't Bush who ran the country down, either. It was 9/11, Katrina, ACORN, and the Democrats. You really need to pay more attention to facts and less to liberal spin.
