I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. I hope you enjoy!

Hillary, Billary, Boo-Hoo

January 10th 2008 17:09
I got to hear the sobby, weepy Hillary speech the other day. She managed very artfully to create a catch in her voice and pretend to be tearing up when discussing her "love of America" and what she wanted to do to "fix" it. Pardon me while I puke... all better. It seems that Hillary can't make up her mind whether she's a delicate flower that can't handle any pressure or the "iron maiden" of American politics.

Well, which one is she? She cowered in "terror" when Rick Lazio tried to hand her some papers during a senatorial debate, claiming that he had violated her "space". She whimpered and whined when her fellow dems/libs accosted her for her crazy policies and positions. Now she springs a leak and "cries" prettily for the cameras while expressing her "love" for the country she hopes to run into the septic tank.

If Hillary can't make up her mind on what she is, how can anyone else figure her out? What would she do if confronted by a foreign head of state during a crisis? Would she cave in immediately and avoid a conflict? Would she whine about her "space" being violated? Would she burst into a teary display? Would she go to war and then denounce her own position to pander to the far left? What would she do? As long as the question remains, can we actually consider her a viable candidate? I don't think so!

Hey S.L.

I think she would have a break down and Bill would have to run things behind the scenes. The tears seemed to help, she won.

She reminds me of your cowardly displays.

There was talk about her showing her "human side" after she got smoked in Iowa -- then, the waterworks machine starts up. Please. She's not that good of an actor. It would've been more believable if she hadn't been castigating Obama through her phony sniffling.

Also, a couple of guys stood up at a speech and shouted "iron my shirt". How convenient. Not caught off guard, she had a well-rehearsed retort about sexism (appealing to the women who would ultimately give her NH). Do you really think that those two "sexists" were legit? Of course not, this is the woman who has been caught (more than once) planting questions in the audience. She planted those two "sexists" there so that she could play the pseudo-martyr and appeal to any women voters who don't see right through the Clinton shenanigans.

As sad and disgusting as it is, apparently it's working... the very thought of such a phony creature getting elected to anything is enough to make a rational person gag. But the "Clinton mistique" seems to live on... How can anyone in their right mind not see her for what she is?? Answer... those who vote for her are obviously not in their right minds!

Oh wow, shock horror! A politician putting on an act to gain favour??? Gee that's never happened before.

Hillary is no worse (and probably no better) at that than any other political candidate that's gone before her as far as I'm concerned.

I say good on her.

The one positive thing that will come out of this election for America (regardless of who wins) is that none of the candidates could possibly be as bad as the man who has been Commander in Chief for the last 8 years!

Sorry, Kylie, but you're sooo wrong! Hillary's husband was far, far worse than George Bush could ever be. Any of the Democrat candidates would be almost as bad as Bill Clinton was (and still is!) They all proudly say they'd get us out of the War on Terror immediately and let the Muslim fanatics have the Middle East. They would abandon Israel (our long time ally). They would close Gitmo and bring the most dangerous terrorists into the USA for "trials". They would raise taxes to support more entitlements. They would make the same promises as always on health care and education, while doing the same nothing they have always done. They would give driver's licenses to illegals and ultimately allow them to vote. They would raise taxes for their Global Warming/Cooling/Climate Change garbage and force draconian measures on us (like the ridiculous Kyoto Accords). That's just the beginning of the damage they plan to do.

They all say they want to "restore" our "position" in the world. They intend to turn us into another Eurpoe and ask permission for everything we do. They all seem to think France is some sort of "role model". (Forgetting how quickly France can surrender at the drop of a helmet!) Forgetting also that we had to rescue the French (and the rest of Europe) during two World Wars. They brag about how they will put the USA and our military under UN control during any future conflicts. Apparently our sovereignty isn't very important to any of them.

Well said S.L.

The world hates America because she does her own thinking, and is tought when she needs to be. George Bush is going to go down in History( if the Liberal don't put their lies in, and muddy up the true facts) as one of the greatest presidents we ever had, just because of how he handled 9/11. Democrats and liberals should give him honor when honor is due.

The dems want to hand our sovereignty off to the UN when in fact it was American Blood that bought it. I feel that the United States should get out of the UN, and the UN out of the United States.

I know that will not sound good to the Liberals as they feel that the UN should have control of everything America does. The UN has failed, and has no credibility
it's time has come, and gone. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

You're absolutely right, Lester! The UN long ago abandoned it's purpose and turned into something nasty. They are a snide little debating society with no power and no backbone, what-so-ever! Why we still continue to give them one red cent a year is beyond me. They deserve nothing but contempt (they surely have mine!) If the libs/dems are desperate to kiss butts, they can take a smootch on mine.
