Attention to Real Issues or Socialist Fluff?
December 3rd 2008 11:39
Those of you who were crazy enough to vote for B.O. should read Michael Medved's column today. Once the fuel prices ceased to be an issue, voters didn't care that B.O. was on the wrong side of it. After more than seven years without another terrorist attack, the voters became complacent and comfortable as they blamed President Bush for everything (while allowing the Democrats responsible for the "economic crisis" to skate). It became more important to bail out companies (at tax payer expense), socialize medicine, and release those "poor, abused prisoners at Gitmo" than to waste time on a little thing like National Security. Having the first black president was much more important than protecting the country!

There is an old saying around here, it's to late to shut the barn door once the mule has gotten out. I am afraid that B.O. has left the door wide open.
