I am highly opinionated with a firm grip on the difference between right and wrong. I pay more attention to the candidates and the issues than to precise party lines. My facts are just that... FACTS- and my opinions are MY opinions- Regardless of what the subject, you can always find a good read on my blog, I write about various issues and not everything is focused on the subject of politics. Another New Tax is Coming

May 10th 2009 14:33
B.O. (B.S.) is planning to surprise us with more taxes. Some surprise, huh? He says it'll only affect the "rich" and businesses, of course, which makes some people (who don't understand economics) happy. For those of us who have working brains, it isn't good news at all.

Isn't there someone in his cabinet of criminals who understands that business don't actually pay any taxes? Can't somebody explain to the idiot that his tax increases on "business" only hurts the consumers? He shouldn't ask Tim Geithner, of course. The new head of the IRS is too incompetent to even file his own taxes, so it would be way too much to expect him to understand anything about the economy. That's probably why he got the job...

In case you don't understand what I mean, folks, here's a crash course in economics...

Complaining about "big business" is really stupid! Most people are employed by a big business (or a small one). Raising taxes on businesses only shoves the economy further down. The business will either raise the price of it's goods or services to pay the higher taxes or lay off employees to cover the costs. And that helps the "middle class" how? One will lose his job and another will pay higher prices. There's your "middle class tax cut" folks. You get to lose your job or fork out more money for the products and services you have to have.

It's like the ridiculous "minimum wage" trash. Raising the minimum wage sounds so good and so compassionate, doesn't it? But, like raising taxes on businesses and "the rich", it causes far more harm than good. People get laid off when employers can't afford to pay them. People pay more for the goods and services when the minimum wage goes up. And who benefits from this folly? Liberals. Only Liberals (Democrats and a few RINOs). Period. They look like they give a rats behind about the "poor" and "working people" (none of whom they actually know) and get their votes. It's a scam, folks.

"Only the rich will pay" that is how the income tax was originally sold to voters.

It was a lie then and still is, Steve. The expense always hits those who can least afford it. How can anyone still believe the liberal dreck?

And the politicians never get it, Lester. After all this time you'd think they would, wouldn't you?
