Sulieman Strikes

February 14th 2007 17:37
Did you hear about the shootings in Salt Lake City a few days ago? At the time, the local police said they had no motive for the killing of 5 and wounding of several others. Now they know a little more about the killer. He was a Muslim immigrant and thought he was doing his part in the Jihad. He went to the mall armed and ready to kill. He knew none of his victims, as far as anyone knows at this point. Sulieman just wanted to murder as many innocents has he could before being gunned down by the Salt Lake City police. Watch for more of these killings, folks. They can't get through Homeland Security to launch another 9-11, but that won't stop the kind and peaceful Jihadists from attacking us anyway. If you had any doubt that the Muslim extremists are going to "play nice" if we leave Iraq, this should be your wake-up call. And please, don't waste my time with a crock about how "we" caused it. That's the most ridiculous argument you could raise. The recent politically correct ass kissing of all muslims, no matter what silly demands they make, should prove that they just want to kill us. There are some universal truths here, folks. One is that doggy-do stinks and the other is that terrorists don't care about anything but killing us. If you think running away from the War on Terror is going to make them go away, think again. When we leave Iraq it better be with a strong Iraqi government to take our place! Otherwise, the terrorists will take over and be free to attack us and our friends and our interests whenever they choose. I'm sure the ACLU would have defended Sulieman against the US five minutes before he started shooting. As long as we keep kissing terrorist ass, we can expect more of the same.

woops, sorry, I was anonymous.

I understand that there are people like that, however most killings in America happen by and large by Americans. It is a little hypocritical to just make this one man who killed five seem like the only evil person in this country, he isn't, and he sure isn't nearly the most evil or misguided person ever.

Great post as always, S.L.

Hi Jake! I wasn't suggesting he was the only villain running around loose. There are far too many of them. My only point was that he apparently killed five people at random for his Jihad. Murder is murder, no matter how it plays out in the media. We just don't get a lot of Jihadists around here, until now... something to think about, huh?

In my opinion it's no more than the same psychopaths looking for different excuses to kill people. It isn't that killers don't have reasons, they usually do, but until this turns into some sort of mass epidemic where we get one of these people every week killing for Jihad it really isn't leaving behind a footprint a all.

He would have done his little jihad wether or not there was a war on terrorism going on or not, psychopaths are just that, they look for an excuse to kill and satisfy their bloodlust while remaining morally guilt free.

Thats just my opinion on the matter really.

Sorry, I didn't mean morally guilt free, I meant just feel guilt free of what they do.

Good points, Jake. Psychopaths don't really need reasons, but they sure come up with interesting excuses! One guy (now doing life/without) killed when he had a headache. Another one (on death row) killed young girls when he thought about his ex-wife. And then we have the Jihadists. You know what they say about excuses, right?
